Description

"cube farm" is a simple, semi-idle farming game with pets to collect, train, and battle. A new farm starts with a single plot and continuously expands with a system of layers. Plants grow over either 7 seconds, 7 minutes, or 7 hours based on their layer, with the biggest harvests for the slowest crops. Larger farms produce more food to feed increasingly hungry "gooster" pets that earn resources from fighting enemy goosters. The quick sessions of harvesting, planting, and pet battles aims to fill short phone breaks with fun while offering long term progression. Enjoy!

History

cube farm started as a small hobby project in 2024 with the goals of 1.) launching a quality free mobile game funded mostly by cosmetics and generous fans (no ads or pay-to-win mechanics) and 2.) to provide an intentional alternative to scrolling on social media by designing it for short sessions and long-term progression. The game soft launched in the USA to a very small initial audience in August 2024 and grew rapidly with a global release over the following months. The invaluable feedback from the community of fans on reddit and discord since launch has transformed the game from a functional prototype to a full adventure ready to be explored! v1.0.0 is launching August 2025 and is a major milestone update that marks a year of continuous improvements since the initial launch. It's a great time to discover what cube farm has to offer!
